Feeling Good...

Today is going to be a good day on my weight loss journey.

I woke up early (as I usually do most weekdays) and went for a 45 min power walk at the Gym. I usually feel a bit tired at this time in the monring but today I felt energised and walked faster than I usually do.

I was supposed to do weights today. Usually I do them Mon-Wens-Fri with cardio in between but my arms were still sore from Mondays workout so I decided I will do them tomorrow instead.

I have been on track and eating healhty so far aswell. I have managed to resist people offering me sweets and chocolates twice in the past 24 hours so I am very pleased!
