Weigh In!!

Current Weight: 70.4kg
Lost this week: 0.6kg
Lost in total: 4.6kg

I had my weigh in at weight watchers last night and I was really happy with the result! Down another 0.6kg! If I keep it up I should be into the 60's by next week.

I will be so happy to be back in the 60's I haven't been there for a long time!

We had a really inspiring seminar at work today. It was by a nutritionist Claire Turnball who talked about healthy eating and exercising. The most useful piece of information that I got out of the seminar was to either do intervals when doing cardio exercise or train at a really high intensity. This will maximise your fat burning over the day. I will definitley be trying it out as I do want to get fitter and the walking I am currently doing isnt really improving my fitness levels.
